Edit subtitle subtitle is used to translate from another language to your language. edit subtitle are also used to adjust the duration and the adjustments to the film.

    

Subtitle Edit (SE) is an editor for video subtitles - a subtitle editor. With SE you can easily adjust the start time of a subtitle if it is out of sync with the video. For a full list of features see below.

SE is written in C# and full source code is included.
